If you choose to go with price protection on '22 builds, that is keyed to date of order and includes rate protection for financing in effect on that date.

Should you not opt for price protection (perhaps there will appear some last minute incentive making things more attractive to your situation, ya never know), that is keyed to date of sale and includes rates in effect on that same date.

None of the above is applicable to '23 orders, BTW, as they all are being treated as fresh orders and price protection has been replaced by the private offer incentive for any '22 carryovers changed to '23s.
So just to make sure I'm understanding this right - I purchased in Dec '21 and want to keep the DORA price I had then, and the 0% APR for 36 month offer. This means I can only use incentives I have vouchers for in 2021, not 2022 right? I'm eligible for military and student but didn't get the student one until 2022. So if I'm understanding this I should use the 2021 military voucher so I still get my 2021 price and rate?

At the time I ordered my hybrid (Oct 14) my sales person asked me if I wanted to finance it. I told him I was going to pay it off...I didn't know about 0% financing at the time. I want the 0% financing and I hope he doesn't give me a hard time about it. My expected deliver is the week of 10-17.

I applied for it 11 months ago and locked in at .9%. I think you had to apply back when.

My dealer honored price protection but not loan rate protection. I gave up arguing with the guy.

My dealer did the same. I did notice on the paper with order on it, they courteously provided me with finance ESTIMATES. It shows the rebate and an APR of 10.49% (NO JOKE!). Didn't matter if it was 36 mo or up to 54 mo (weird #). I didn't say word and I haven't talked with F&I office so they don't have info to base it on and it says it's an ESTIMATE ONLY. No matter what, that APR is ridiculous!

Rates have gone up 1.9% per tier if you are starting from scratch and have no lock on anything. Still good. Just FYI. (As of Sept: 2022)

Yes that's absurd. They initially offered me 4.9% and I ended up with 3.9%. Might just pay it off.

Don't forget about this. Should help with the lower rates for folks who are not Tier 0 or 1.
