I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PULL MY MAVERICK UP ON BOTH SITES FOR A WEEK. IT BEING SHIPPED. CALLED DEALER AND THEY SAID IT THEY SHOULD RECEIVE MAVERICK WEEK OF 12/13. CHECK UNITED ROAD TRUCKING SITE VIA MY VIN NUMBER AND IT SHOWS SHIPPED TO DEALER. NOT SURE OF OTHERS, BUT I THINK THAT IS WHY I CAN NO LONGER SEE MY MAVERICK ON THE FORD AND MAVERICK SITES..

The United Road Transportation link that Steve had lets you input your vin and gives you your load number. In my case, I contacted them by email and the nice gentleman told me that all the transportation companies get the load numbers but that, for all but one ( of the carriers) those numbers are inactive. He couldn't tell me which company had that load . What I did was I checked which vehicle carriers did business out of Benicia CA. But it didn't help because none of their websites had any place to do a query and I wasn't going to call all of them.

If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Ordered on 6/16(XL Hybrid). On 10/21 received email confirming order. VIN given and build scheduled for the week of 12/13. Haven't received any further emails.

In the same boat with the build week. Hopefully by Friday we’ll get the email.

Welp, my hybrid Mav with VIN and build week of 12/13 still shows no updates on the Ford site and no window sticker...
I guess I will just patiently keep waiting.

I haven’t been able to get the Ford tracker to work since yesterday afternoon. Same boat though.

You need to get the rail car info from your dealership.
My rail car initials are PW and followed by a 6 digit number.

Does anyone know how long it takes from initial shipment to the first update? Mine shipped on the 14th but the tracker has the last known departure in October.

According to the tracker, my truck was built yesterday, and my estimated delivery date is 01/18/2022. I have yet to see an email from Ford after my 'scheduled to be built week of 12/6' email a couple of months ago.

Mine went into production 12/2 and still shows in production. Its current status is on hold at plant Microchip.

Some salesman will give it to you, some won't. It's supposed to be just for dealers. Mine would only give me certain info off it if I asked. Like the rail car number for instance.

Yes, I asked the dealer for it since the Ford tracker shows in production 12/2 and nothing else.

Hello all. I have a question. It looks like my maverick was unloaded at the csx terminal in Columbia,sc. I live in NC. Does anyone know how they transport cars once there unloaded and how long it could take? Also is there a tracker for that part as well. Any help Is appreciated
