When did it go into production?
Mine went in Tuesday. Just curious about the time it took.

Mine took a just over a day to be built. Seems different, maybe based on the model and options. Took another day before receiving the "Built" mail from Ford. Yet to see it shipped.

I still haven't received the Built email and its still showing in production on my tracker. That info was just what ford gave me via chat this morning

Just spoke to Ford through chat and they are telling me estimated delivery is sometime between July 17-23, 2023, which seems like a reasonable guess.

Should the delivery fall on July 23, it will be 21 months exactly since we placed our original order.

Mine was built yesterday as well...

Mine had been showing in production for about a week. Today it went to showing built and it says that production was actually yesterday, so maybe they say in production when the parts for your build are at the plant and you are on that week's work plan before assembly actually starts.

Either way, I'm glad to know it is built. Now can anyone tell me how to track what's happening with shipping? Do I need to talk to Ford chat to find anything else out or is there some type of shipping tracker I don't see?

Mine was scheduled for the week of 6/9/23, went to "In Production" status on 6/5/22, then sat in that status for a while. I contacted Ford CS on 6/15, and was told it was built, and awaiting shipment. Then on 6/16, I got an email stating the following:

"We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your MaverickLARIAT order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of June 5, 2023, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty.​

This is frustrating, we get it. We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it. And we will continue to work hard to reduce the delays to try to get you on the road in your new vehicle soon.​

​

We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days. Hang in there. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding."​

This morning (first thing, like every morning), I checked the tracker status, and sure enough, it's showing "Order Confirmed" and the black dot on the timeline next to "In Production" is no longer there.

As I was writing this, I got yet another email from Ford. This one says:

"Great news! Your 2023 Maverick LARIAT has been built. We are performing some final inspections on your vehicle and getting it ready for shipment.​

Undoubtedly, this is an exciting moment for you. We invite you to access a copy of your window label and check the status of your vehicle at any time by clicking the button below. We have included your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for your reference: 3FTTW8E35PRA5XXXX."​

Talk about a roller coaster of emotions!

PS - the date in the "special order" box on the window sticker has changed yet again... It now shows 6/2/23...

I didn't even get a built status before things just disappeared, while some still have dates on the status. But if I recall, when you go back to just confirmation, it is likely in the shipping process.

And a few hours later, there is a built date.

Just the typical bugs/errors that a lot of others also experienced before shipping.
