My 23 Lariat is doing the same thing recently and I'll be calling the dealership to get it serviced. From everything I'm reading I'll certainly ask them to look at the CV axle. My concern is if they are replacing it with the same part, instead of something that was re-engineered or fixed...

With these really long yaks (one of mine is 18 feet long), has anyone tried one rack over the bed and one on the cab so they don't hang so far odd the back? Plus it would let you have the racks further apart to reduce any tendency for the bow to push sideways and twist on the racks at speed.

I can't speak for the person who wrote the review, but from what they wrote it seemed like it was a surprise to them, not something they were quoted ahead. Anyway, certainly a good reminder to ask for an estimate.

Also, just so people know, you can report their fake 5-star reviews on Google (usually with no comments, so highly suspect) as a conflict of interest. I just reported the one from Christina Dajoh who just happens to be their sales development manager... hmmm. If you see one you think is fake...

The newest review is from some guy they tried to charge for 3 hours of labor, even though he was there the whole time and it was only 65 minutes... also some interesting stuff about dropping his previous car off the lift and having to get him his current car. Another happy customer! Yikes!
