The letters are white. The blue tint is a factory film to prevent stains and scuffs during shipping. It washes away on its own after a while but you can use a scrub brush, water, and elbow grease to remove it. The tint is fairly close to the paint color so it's not too much of an eyesore for now!

Good to know! They're warrantied for 100k KM and have a puncture/leak warranty from Costco, so they should last me a bit!
