I have a hard time believing that. They've been scheduling and building hybrids up to this point. If there are no hybrids scheduled today, then I'll believe it.
Reviews that came out yesterday for the hybrid are glowing.
One reviewer was getting over 30MPG while towing 2000 pounds.
0-60 time compared to the Ecoboost is closer than anticipated.
The transition between all electric to engine power was smoother than in the late model Escape hybrids...
What I mean is that it seems like they're saving all the spray in liners they can put on trucks for the more profitable models. Lariat Lux and Ecoboost cars.
Lots of Hybrid Lariat w/ Luxury today! I wonder what the hold up is for Hybrid XLT w/ Luxury.
Edit: the more I think about it, since the spray-in liners are so limited, I bet they're saving them all for the more profitable models aka Lariat w/ Lux package.
