WOW! I drive around my city with crazy people but not quite like that, yet!
The town I drive through to get to work has a scrap yard and sometimes you see old beat-up pickups with rigged sides and cab rails to hold all the miscellaneous junk but not quite as high as that one. Someday when the Mav gets 200k on it...................

I don't believe it's photoshopped. There are enough real life examples including the one I took at pick-a-part of a S-10 pulling a Overseas Shipping Container with a car and some motorcycles in it back to California.
