My dealer says its now in Phoenix but to get to Baltimore it goes to Chicago then Wilmington, then Baltimore and takes 4 weeks- geezThe delivery time seems crazy fast!
Mine says it's shipped and my dealer said it would be 2-3 weeks.
I'm a little freaked if it comes sooner during the holidays! (we are traveling to see family)![]()
I have no idea but i would assume not. You would think if they had a fix in place for the 25's there would already be a software patch for the 22-24's released. I also noticed in the previous post #26 the hybrid lincoln nautilus with the factory agm battery are having basically the same issues as the hybrid maverick. You would think after 3 years of this issue ford would have their act together and fixed. IMO, their software engineers suck. I hope I'm wrong.I am wondering if the MY25 has the battery fix already in the the software coding?
I traded my 24 on a 25 because FWD was useless even in my yard, total spin machine.$3.5k give or take if you do AWD with 4k which suddenly everyone thinks they need.
Your looking at ~37k with taxes (using 7%) and that's not even including any other packages such as heated wheel / mirrors seats etc.
Some upgrades are nice but CV axles are getting replaced with upgraded ones (5/60k for that) for those that fail and battery drain fix coming early 2025.
Correction , desert sand and terrain are the same.I read somewhere the Cactus Grey and Desert Sand share the same Ford paint code #. If that's the case (I hope so), they should be the exact same color.
Like I always say. Less is more! Nice and clean! No badges on the back? No AWD, No Hybrid?
That's exactly what my dealer told me, I called it Desert Sand and called it terain.Correction , desert sand and terrain are the same.

Where did you get the info regarding batteries. I have a 2024 Hybrid and you are wrong about the battery.got some obvious questions there that a person probably doesn't need to put hands on a '25 to answer.
screens: yes, of course.
engine bay is the same on hybrid. it is not on ecoboost if you look closely.
good question about the 12V battery for hybrid: is it finally AGM? (btw: I have not heard of anyone with an ecoboost getting a flooded battery since '22 models. they're all AGM.)
the battery monitoring system is not going anywhere. it's used to regulate alternator output on ecoboost and 12V charging from high voltage battery on hybrid. now, it would be really awesome if Ford got their $hit together and fixed the parasitic drains and charging so this actually feels like a feature and not an issue.
