I've had mine a little over a week and with less than 400 miles on it I am averaging 44.2mpg. Top trip mpg I've had was 103 on a mostly downhill 4 mile trip, but on my daily commute to and from work I have been getting anywhere from 42mpg to 68.6mpg depending on conditions. I've found the more traffic, the better my mileage. My worst was coming home from a late swing shift at 11:30pm on a cold rainy Sunday (last night) where I got 38mpg. But I was also heavier on the pedal because I was tired and wanted to get home.

The best I've had on a full tank is 50MPG, and I've averaged 40.5 through 10k miles. That average is mostly Vegas summer driving with a lot of AC use, by next summer I expect my average will be around 45MPG. Either way above my expectations!

I’ve had some folks report on YouTube and chat rooms crazy numbers like 45mpg etc.
Not crazy at all. I typically get 45+mpg on my ~6 mile trips to town & back - sometimes over 50mpg. The worst is typically close to 40mpg. Never had a tank average under 40, either. That's using the truck's calculations which have been modified to equal real-world hand calculations at fill-up.

If you're not using the EV Coach & Brake Coach screens to teach you how to achieve better Hybrid mileage, I highly suggest you enable them both. Settings are in the Instrument Cluster screen's steering wheel controls.

For my driving situations, I have found using Slippery mode results in the best MPG for me. And running the heater causes a bigger MPG hit than using A/C.

YMMV

I don't remember what figures I had stated, but I usually convert to miles and gallons since there are so many more US folks here than us Canadians lol.
It's all good. If you know the difference between savings in the summer vs the winter months let me know. I'm getting a 2025 Hybrid and would be curious to see what's in store. Thanks!

Unfortunately I had started a new job and my girlfriend mostly filled up the car over the winter.

But from what I remember I average ~5.4 L/100km in the summer and 6.8 L/100km in the winter. My driving is mostly city which is ideal for hybrids.

Same for me.
Except don't need the brake coach after week 1 of ownership. The left hand needle gauge is also a brake coach available full time. Keep the needle off the "peg" when braking is all you need to know. (Unless of course, it's emergency braking.)

That's not very good mileage. I can fairly easily get roughly 50% better than that. Even my highway consumption is not that bad. Do you have a lead foot or something?

Something even worse... A girlfriend that does 50% of the mileage when I'm not around.

In my new maverick lariat hybrid at the 1000 mile mark with a mixture of city and highway driving I’m getting about 35mpg. I’ve had some folks report on YouTube and chat rooms crazy numbers like 45mpg etc. am I missing something? Does my driving generally suck or are there better ways to improve fuel economy? :)
I am averaging 44 mpg. Fairly even mix of highway and city and always in eco

Understand. I prefer to leave the Brake Coach enabled, anyway. It only pops up for a couple seconds at a full stop. And it reminds me to be mindful of driving for fuel efficiency.

I've always been a calm braker it turns out (seeing the coach during initial usage) - I keep using it because I'm always surprised how much regen was actually in a fast stop sometimes - I'll think that had to be barely anything, and then it pops up 53% or whatever.
I think I hit a 20% when enough time for car in front & me to make what was a green light I knew was about to change - I guess they knew too because they didn't keep accelerating to limit to make it easily but I thought they might. They slammed I slammed. Trunk tool chest slammed.

Greetings, I just returned from a 736 mile round trip from Fort Collins CO (just under 5K feet) to Cedaredge CO (6200 feet). Going over Johnson/Eisenhower pass and Vail pass (elevation 10,666 feet). On my trip home, I encountered heavy rain/wind, lots of standing water, that killed my MPG (Thank God no snow!). Got 43.3 MPG, Not bad IMO
