Greetings, I too had a '72 or '73 Monark (I don't remember which year), and won the New Mexico State Championship (B) moving, then moving to Pro. I loved that little 125, it ran great, and handled super. Nice pic, it really takes me back, thanks- Ed
I've taken my Mav + trailer on a number of camping trips, including this last 4 days at Rifle Falls Colorado State Campground. It got cold in the AM (lower 30's), so I had a small electric heater. Sorry no pic for this trip. The trailer is "Roll-a-home". I also haul the trailer with my 2019...
Nearly 600 mile club. I just returned from an 847 mile trip, towing my small camping trailer, going over both Johnson/IKE and Vail passes, both West and East bound. I got an average of 41.7 MPG. 41.7 x 13 (gal) = 542, not bad for all the up's and down's driving in Colorado. Yes that's an AC...
I 3D printed this trailer hitch cover, then using "DecoArt" Metallic paint (Pearl), adding the "white" paint. Here is where I got the .stl file:

Greetings,
Yesterday I completed a 722 mile round trip from Fort Collins, CO to Cedaredge, CO (NE of Delta) driving my 2023 Hybrid. going through Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnels, Vail pass, through Grand Junction. For this trip there were no traffic or weather issues, I know hard to believe given...
Greetings, I just returned from a 736 mile round trip from Fort Collins CO (just under 5K feet) to Cedaredge CO (6200 feet). Going over Johnson/Eisenhower pass and Vail pass (elevation 10,666 feet). On my trip home, I encountered heavy rain/wind, lots of standing water, that killed my MPG...
I've had this small pop-up tent trailer for 5 years, mostly towing it with my Harley to Spearfish (Sturgis) bike rally. In a few weeks I'll use my Maverick for a camping trip. The Maverick does not even know the trailer is there. In the last Pic, yes, that is an AC in the back of the tent...
I have a 2023 XLT Hybrid, purchased the end of Sept '23. 6500 miles. No problems, love driving it, super MPG. Three recalls all done by Ford Mobile service, no issues.
I built my own Strut Tower Anti-Sway bar. I agree 100% with Kritas (John), but no plans for autocross. Driving my Maverick in "Sport" mode, it handles like a sports car, no kidding.
Similar Strut Tower Anti-Sway bars have been around for many, many years. I believe some of the first ones...
I installed the Roady BT, it uses Bluetooth connection. It may be hard to see, behind the Roady BT radio I 3D printed a Cubby mount. Check out Sam's video Re how he installed the same radio...
Here is the tonneau cover. It has 2 metal cross bars, well sealed on the sides, front and back. I've driven in some hard wind and everything stays in place. Very little water gets in when driving in rain or washing the truck.
