We just ordered a 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid (Azure Gray). My wife and I have owned many Fords, but never a pickup. The Maverick seems perfect for our short and long trips as well as my light chores. Really looking forward to this. So now I wait.🤷🏼‍♂️

You will like it. It drives like a small SUV.

Hello and welcome to MTC. Congratulations on your order of your first new vehicle. You got to be excited would be an understatement. Congratulations hope you enjoy your new truck, unfortunately your going to have to wait for it. Why I say unfortunately because the excitement you feel now will only increase why your waiting.

You'll like it. Rides much like the Escape I had ten years ago only get the truck feel on really bumpy roads.

As mentioned, it drives like an SUV. We took our first 1000 miles road trip ['24 Lariat hybrid] a couple of weeks ago and it was a joy to drive.

I found the driver's seat [power] to be comfortable and I was able to make slight adjustments to change pressure points. No memory feature but my wife was able to quickly adjust the seat.

It is quiet - no wind noise at 70mph. The Michelin A/S tires [assuming you don't have the FX pkg] are quiet too and the mpg of 44+ for the entire trip was stellar. [Sea level to 8900' in the Sierra Nevada mountains]

I just got my 1st truck as well. Traded in a 2020 Escape Titanium... Rides similar, though seems so much larger, especially looking out the windshield at the big hood. lol. Had to put stops on my garage floor so I know where to stop as it is tough to judge distance between the front of the truck and the flight of stairs in the back of my garage.

I'm sure you will love owning a small pickup. The good news is you won't have to wait as long as the people that ordered the 2022-2024's waited. When they start building the 2025's, you should be getting yours within a few months. Welcome to the Maverick Lovers Forum!

I ordered a 2025 Maverick Lariet hybrid on August 2nd. Received the 1st email that stated they had received my order. No further word from them, however I did order the trailer assist. I think that is what's holding it up.

Thet haven't start building them yet. You will get an email, when your truck gets Scheduled for Production. That's when you start to get excited!

Hello,
I have a 2024 Lariat Hybrid in Azure Gray. I absolutely love it. I have zero complaints. I have had it just over 2 months and looking forward to many many years of enjoyment with this truck. I think you both are going to love it also. My wife enjoys driving it and she does not like trucks/large vehicles. Enjoy the excitement of waiting for it to come in and then enjoy driving it even more. Do share pictures of it on here once you get it. You picked a great color.

Congratulations!!! 1st could of mods I did to mine were to spray rubberized coating in all 4 wheel wells, added sound deadening matting and upgraded the speakers, especially the door speakers. Now I have a nice travelling road warrior.

You'll be surprised at how well the Maverick drives and how useful it will be for various chores. It's such a pleasure to drive, I make up reasons to drive mine.
