Locked me out again.

Yes, early on it happened a few times. I would try to figure out how it happened and trace my steps, but I never figured it out. It has not happened to me in a long time. As a result I got very familiar with my keycode. What was most weird about it, it was Only the drivers side door that would lock.

Yes! It's only my driver's door so I can open the rear door and get in but it's a little scary- wouldn't want to get locked out in winter. Good thing I don't go into the city much.
Going to whine to the dealer soon. Is there a bulletin re. this?

Minor detail. I'm paranoid over losing my phone, in my pocket always.

you are most likely bumping the button shown in the picture with the palm of your hand which locks the one door!

Ford has been great on this. Several private messages. Follow up phone call to discuss the problem and the dealer called to arrange service.

Twice now my Maverick (hybrid) has locked me out with the key in the ignition. The first time the key was off. I got out and closed the door, the second it closed I heard the doors lock. This week the engine was on and I got out and closed the door and they locked again. This time it was down pouring. Luckily I have a keypad to unlock the doors. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, my 2024 Lariat has done it too. I always make sure the FOB is in my pocket now!
