Maintenance Logbook for Mav hybrid

Hello,

Does anyone have an easy to edit logbook of sorts to use? This is my first new car, and first time I'll be a stickler for the factory schedule.

My Toyota had one that was every 10k miles IIRC, and included what you had to do each 10k.

I have just been recording mine on a spiral note pad.

OP, I have tons of info on my build log in my sig. Page 2 has tons of part numbers (Most are for the EB, so ignore stuff like my choice on oil).

No I'm making one from that section. It's poorly laid out (the Ford manual). Once done I can post for critique etc.

It's one thing to know when a service is due. It is another, and less convenient, to know when you actually did the last service.

To that end of knowing when I did something, I write something like "O+F 9/3/24 5,256 mi. using a black Sharpie on a 1-1/2" strip of blue painters tape and put it on the door jamb. No hunting or guessing.

X tires 9/3/24 5,256 mi. Eng Air 9/3/24 5,256 mi, Cabin air, R&R Coolant, X-ATF etc. and so on.

I've got one in Excel - I'll send tonight when on computer, and if memory serves me.
That's a tough combo though. (let's see, where's that bookmark and reminder function...)
I've got the frequent checks laid out, the higher mileage items, ect.
ETA: My sheet is specific to the hybrid, I also included mileage/time references for some items sooner as based on Car Care Nut discussion about hybrid Toyotas you plan to keep, not just the manufacturer making it past the warranty limits.

The 24MY manual basically has no schedule, nothing but the references to a few normal checks.
The online was active, you clicked on each mileage 10k interval, and it listed the items done then. Which is what I went thru building the spreadsheet. Which I printed for easy access to check off items.

May not be what you want but I log my maintenance/service details in FordPass. Quick access anytime anywhere and Ford or Dealer can see proof/details if there’s ever a issue, question etc

I've been wondering as well.

After washing or driving through heavy rain, the next day I will pull the door seals on the bottom to drain the water that is held in them. It's particularly bad in the rear.

I have used a note pad for every truck I have ever owned..
