Chris has a really good video on replacing muffler bearings too. He shows the procedure very clearly, with each step in great detail. I haven't had to do that to my Mav just yet but I have a set of #6203 bearings waiting on my shelf, just in case.
Don't forget . . . with winter coming, you MUST vacuum deplete all four tires (spare also if you're realy into it) and replace the summer air with winter air. You can buy the canned variety, but I like to source mine locally. Leave the Schroeder Valve out until it gets to below zero, then replace the valve and re-inflate. Use a hand pump bicycle pump to assure all the air going into the tire is fresh.
It's a lot of work, but your truck will thank you down the road.
