Please notify your team that the final day to submit new retail orders for the 24MY Maverick and the 24MY Bronco Sport is August 9th, 2024. "

That is usually true. But not for 25 Maverick. Order banks for 25 Maverick opened August 1st at 4PM. I submitted my own order into WBDO at 4:02PM.

Order banks for retail orders for 245 Mavericks will be open until Aug 9th. As far as I know now, 24 Mav order banks will be open through August for stock orders.

I can't recall another situation where order banks were open for 2 different model years at the same time... but that is the situation we are in with Mavericks right now.

Like 22-24 Mavericks, there will be a delay from order bank opening to when scheduling starts for 25 Maverick.

If he's not being truthful about the order bank being open for MY25, can you trust him to complete the order? I'd be looking elsewhere.

How are you dealing with Lariat orders for people that want to get the ProTrailer features? Since those are Job 2.

My order was supposed put in, but I have no actual confirmation in anyway. My salesman texted me a order sheet, but the sheet has:

“This order has not been submitted to the order bank.” at the bottom of it and the form says “Preview Order” at the top.

so no idea where I stand currently.

Did you actually get an order number or confirmation e mail from ford? My dealer as of Friday afternoon has said , build and price is live ,but as of friday afternoon order banks where not open for dealers? I have purchase 3 new vehicles in the last 22 months from this dealer everything has always been spot on .My sales guy always answers my calls and text within 5 minutes they are a well run customer driven shop??

Good question. We haven't had any interest in that yet. Our Maverick sales are almost all XLT and XL.
I don't think I can recall anyone out here actually wanting ProTrailer features on any truck!

But if we did... I'd probably place an order at priority 99 (which puts it on hold for scheduling). That way I'd see the order in the system, and would then update to priority 03 it when the ProTrailer features are available.

He may have just printed it before it was actually submitted?

The top of mine (that I just generated in WBDO) says:

Order banks are indeed open. We submitted orders Thursday.
It is possible that there were WBDO glitches on Friday?? I didn't submit any orders that day, so I can't say.

But order banks are currently open for both 24 and 25 Mavericks.

I have not received a confirmation email from Ford either, but I know my order is submitted, because I submitted it in WBDO myself!

Yeah, if they didn’t even offer it, no one would care.
Hard knowing something is coming, as a standard feature, and not getting it.
Not sure how impactful it would be on future trade-in since most ‘25 Lariats will have it.

Price protection on 99 is something I don't know about! I can't recall seeing it mentioned at all.

Starting July 8th, the price protected invoice amount will be shown on the invoices. Not necessarily the price agreed-upon w/ the customer, but the dealer can calculate exactly what price protection payment they will receive from Ford if the vehicle is sold to the person who ordered it.

This amount was previously rather uncertain, and some dealers were hesitant to extend it to customers.
