I wonder if the orange inserts are the same and can be swapped. I like em.

That is definitely a great package. I do like the new color and the Lariat has the best-looking front end with the accents.I stopped in at my dealership today to preorder my preorder. They are going to place an order tomorrow for me on a 4K AWD Hybrid Lariat in eruption green.
Hopefully It will be less than a 12 month wait like my 22 was.
Well this is why the group has me with my hybrid outfitted with 75 gauge read-outs.I find that very difficult to believe. How exactly are you expecting a piston engine to run a generator which then is immediately consumed by an electric motor, and you think that it's going to result in more output (torque) than the gas motor alone produces?
there are efficiency losses in generation. not gains.
the battery is required. if it's discharged more rapidly than it's charged, which is very likely when towing, I cannot concieve how the electric traction motor is supplied power from the internal combustion engine and have a result that is more torque than the gas engine itself produces.
it certainly can use the gas engine and traction motor together each with high output, but that has to rely on stored battery power.
I've not found anyone (in this thread) who said it did. So....????So it does not increase the HP over the 162 available from the ICE on a long steep hill.
Psst.... your lack of knowledge about hybrids is showing.... (and you have not read all the posts in this thread that explains your mis-conception(s).yes. if the battery is larger and you start a climb with it highly charged, it lasts longer.
but no battery is going to last for 2+ hours climbing the continental divide west of denver to leadville. you're going to deplete the HV battery and then you're on the 2.5 atkinson by itself until the next descent.
locomotive mode... LOL. is that train carrying livestock, because I can smell the BS!
It will totally depend on 4k add on costs.Good thing i sold my ‘24 XL AWD 4K tow package cactus grey couple weeks ago.
I’ll be ordering a XLT Hybrid AWD Eruption green. Just on the fence 2K vs 4K package…
Yeah, my wife hates that color. I kinda like it.My wife looked at that Eruption Green and said "Ew, they should call it a Pickle".
Did you really think there was any chance that was going to happen? I would have put those odds at almost zero percent chance.Still no manual transmission, bummer
are you related to GPSman by chance? you have the same style of launching ridiculous statements and refusing to back them up with facts. (refer to other posts is weak.)Psst.... your lack of knowledge about hybrids is showing.... (and you have not read all the posts in this thread that explains your mis-conception(s).
