• SIMS orders were created this weekend for Maverick for XLT and Lariat Versions. Please review and amend orders,
as necessary.
• Required Orders:
- XLT + 2.0L EcoBoost + AWD + 17” Machined-face Carbonized Gray painted Aluminum Wheel (64V) with 235/65R17 Aggressive A/T Tire (T7F).
- Lariat + 2.0L EcoBoost + AWD.

Limited Availability:
- 993 - 2.5L Hybrid Engine.
- 50B - Bed Extender (Optional on All Series).
- 63B - Splash Guards, Molded, Front and Rear (4-piece) (Optional on all versions).

Exhausted Availability:
- FWD - 2 Wheel L/H Front Drive.
- XL Version (W8A, W8B).
- 59D - Black Appearance Package (Optional on XLT and Lariat Series).
- 96J - Bedliner – Modular Hard Drop-in (Optional on XL and XLT Series).

Dumb question, but does this already affect scheduled orders? For example, It says that the XL has exhausted availability for the 9/2-9/23 production period. Does that mean if you have an XL already scheduled for that time period it'll be built, but no more XLs will be scheduled for that time period?

It only affects new scheduling for builds. If you've already been scheduled your parts have already been "allocated" to your build. If Ford is picking up some more builds to squeeze into their schedule (clean -up), the will need to be builds that have available parts capacity (so not XL).

Past couple years, the build tool on the website didn't release until a few weeks later.

The online build and price can be delayed or have errors. Much better would be to get a hold of the Order Guide as that explicitly lists what's included/excluded and lists the actual option code (since some options can be very strangely named in WBDO).

Be aware those notes are for 2024MY if you're referring to ordering a 25MY.

I don't see any limits on ordering Lariat Tremor package so I'm hopeful that my order which was acknowledged but not yet scheduled will be built no later than the cleanup period.

After 2 years mine has finally been scheduled yesterday. Says it will be ready by first week of September. Though I kinda prefer the 2025.

So I guess this is as good a place to ask this question as any.

Ordered '24 XL FWD EB on 3/29 on Z Plan. My current estimated delivery date is between 8/2 and 8/15, and I'm guessing it will be ready to be picked up a few days following delivery.

That being the case, what would be the best approach in attempting to negotiate price as my MY24 is now "last year's model?"
