It was part of the new USMCA agreement that replaced NAFTA. If there are shut down's then they have to pay 75%.
Is that really in the USMCA? Or is it just part of the Mexican union's agreement with Ford?

I know there is a requirement of 75% North American content. And a requirement that 40%-45% of labor value content be made by workers who earn at least $16 (USD) per hour. But I never heard of a "pay 75% when shut down" USMCA rule.

Maybe I just missed it. Can you point me in the right direction?

Hmm interesting. I’m the same build week or was I should say, as you but haven’t received any email still yet. But dang to go from the 1st to 15th. 2 weeks of difference yikes. That sucks. For both of us.
My build date was 8 Nov. no email yet but expecting one. I was hoping my XL EB with no add ons but a hitch might squeak by lol

If the BCE section has a bunch of addresses and instructions listed under it then its been programmed. If it is just blank under BCE then its not alive yet.
I just checked and I have all of the BCE addresses, which means the truck should be built (or close to it) in the last day or so. The tracker website still says that it is "in production" however. Hopefully that will change in the next day or so, as the tracker also says my estimated delivery date is 11/16 to Las Vegas.

You may be correct. In the US it is a UAW rule. The USMCA does have the 75% American content. I didn't have time to research yet but I can confirm it is a UAW thing in the US.

My hybrid was in production on the 28th, I wonder if it’s half way through assembly. If it is that one week less in the parking lot! You know the parking lot may not be that bad, I have had cars painted in the past that they put outside for a week for the paint to cure. After a week the paint gets harder so you can color sand and buff it. Prey for no big sand storms (Sirroccos) to ruin the paint.

Ford Maverick Mexico plant Maverick production suspended next week from November 1-5 54498C55-493A-4A2D-8A6B-4E5C7CBAB034

Great, had to happen when mine is in production

Same here, so much for getting it early
I have a 11-1 build date, but it says it is in production.
I also have a 11/1 build date but on 10/29 was told it is in production, so are they going to finish it or will it sit on the assembly line all next week
Who the hell knows

Interesting, I’m a “week of November 1” build and still have no email about a date being pushed back. I wonder why?

SO, my build date was 10/25, and it got moved to "in production" the week before last, pizza tracker isn't showing "built" but looking at that link theres a bunch of number addresses under the BCE, so does that mean I'm built and almost wrapped up? its not on a truck, and that page doesn't show my vin, maybe its coming by rail. we'll see.
