I was tracking my maverick. The rail car arrived and then disappeared, do I assume unloaded. Now on the Ford tracker it says enter a valid vin and order number. My dealer is not returning my calls. Any thoughts

On July 16 I received Ford email order update that my maverick would arrive week of August 8 . Dealer called July 18 , truck is delivered and ready. For pickup. How hard is it to reliably track a car?
How does FedEx. UPS, DHL, and USPS for the most part reliably track every day?
Even on a rail car. That rail car is scanned and tracked as it goes through the system. When it gets unloaded off of the rail car it gets scanned when it gets put onto a truck transport it gets scanned. With Wi-Fi it uploads immediately.
Good luck.
Crowdstrike outage ?I was tracking my maverick. The rail car arrived and then disappeared, do I assume unloaded. Now on the Ford tracker it says enter a valid vin and order number. My dealer is not returning my calls. Any thoughts
Very likely! Crowd strike has software protection real time and made update which affected those with Microsoft os. Millions of computers lost access to data. Who can guess what data they can no longer find?Crowdstrike outage ?
I have seen it take several weeks for a vehicle to make it from the rail yard to the dealership. But, a good idea to let your dealer know your expecting it soon and keep checking their lot for new arrivals if you can.I was tracking the rail car myself and it arrived in NC, was unloaded and the rail car number disappeared. I called my dealer, no response. But not the Vin and Order number has completely disappeared rom Ford's system. I am anxiously waiting for Ford Chat to open at 11:00am. I am concerned my dealer has sold my truck from under me for more money. They are closed today or I woudl be waiting at their door for it to open
