3 visits at work, 3 BCM recalls, oil change & 10,000 mile service Sunrise Ford (North Hollywood, CA) Mobile Service. No charge for almost everything, I used Ford pass points ($45) for the oil change. Fords mobile service is a game changer, for me at least.

The mobile service has come to my home twice for the recalls dealing with the brake light and it couldn't have been easier. As a matter of fact, my local dealer seemed to push this service over bringing the truck into the dealer for the same work.

We used to live in Grand Junction (Whitewater) area for about 25 years. Western Slope Ford won't do mobile service? Pain in the ass driving over Vail and Eisenhower. We were just there a month ago visiting and then over the passes to Denver. The interstate had potholes the size and depth of basketballs. Traffic there is similar to the other big cities, as in packed, all day long, bumper to bumper. Horrible road maintenance. How about the Ford guy in Glenwood?

My dealer Sedano Ford does the same for me. They call me for all recalls and come out to my house to do the work. They also rotated my tires and oil change and routine service at my house. I got oil changes and service included in my purchase so it is all included in the house call.

So nice not having to go to the dealer for this work.

Yup! Fast simple and easy -did this for the last three reprogramming warranty recalls… Really glad Ford has gotten the message that the last thing we want to do is tie up a vehicle all day and have to deal with the service writers and all the bullshit to sell you this that and the other thing with this service the service tech comes out does what they’re supposed to do and they are done and out of there and you never have your vehicle leave your property.

Sounds like a great service. But, just my personal service preference - jack the car up at the pinch point (so as not to distort the door frame-I can recall a few times I had to get in the car to turn the engine over) and locate the fallback safety jack stand outside the pinch point, and lower the jack to just touching. I really don't like it when the non-mainstream tire shops jack up half the vehicle side with one jack for 2 tires or when they place just one jack under the differential for the rear tires (had the differential case seal leak afterwards).
