I visited the local AutoNation Ford house in Arlington yesterday and found twelve 2024 Mavericks on the lot. A mix of XLT, Lariat, Hybrid, and Tremors. Appears to me they are plentiful at this time. What stood out to me was the missing keypad on the driver's door pillar.

@Flight Test Did they have any ADM that you could see? When I was shopping a few months ago, Grapevine was tacking $5,000 onto anything on the lot.

It seems like most dealers have an ok supply now. I am not seeing any that are charging a markup since it can be hard for sticker anywhere else. Long MacArthur even had hybrids for $500 off not to long ago.... they seem to be out of stock currently

Grapevine Ford are the biggest thieves in DFW. 5 Star Ford is way better. I bought mine at Autonation though and didn't have any issues other than mandatory tint.

5 Star in Carrollton is my closest dealer, but I bought from Grand Prairie and I will absolutely put them in the running against Grapevine when it comes to "biggest thieves." ;)

There are plenty in the Bay Area. One dealer talked down to me saying he won't have any mavericks by the end of memorial day weekend, their lot has 2 more than they started with. lol. Sold none, got 2 more in inventory. I've also been getting hit up by dealers via email asking if I ever found anything yet.
I've been preaching this idea that supply has caught up or at least demand had slowed down for several months on Reddit.
I've been shopping since March. With everyone's help I refused to pay mark up and every dealer except for one (Hansel Ford in Sonoma County, fuck them) folded on the mark up.
The only reason I didn't buy was I got greedy and learned about Ford student discount/X-plan, and Farm Bureau (thank you to this forum).
Turns out waiting for those discount helped me hold off long enough for the 2025 to be spotted and now I'm waiting for the 2025 awd or I'll find a dealer who is eager to get a 2024 off the lot and work towards invoice or lower.

Glad to have found this forum.

In the Indy area, for every Hybrid on the lot, there seems to be 10 EcoBoost units.

Having said that, I had an XL Hybrid on order since July 23. It was not scheduled as of May 10th, so I start checking local stock. Then one shows up on a dealer lot (customer ordered / declined) so I jumped on it.

Yep.

Increased production and increased prices finally met demand.
YMMV, based on geographical location.

I traded a 23 XLT in (13,000 miles) and they paid more than the MSRP and then listed it for $31,XXX. I bought mine (ordered Jan '24) for MSRP.

In ATL metro still a tight market.

All in all, even here the market has softened since January but still not list price.

I think the Hansel family owns every car dealer (of any marque) north of the golden gate...

I recommend Walnut Creek Ford, if you have the option. Quality dealer :)

Seeing many Mavs on the road now, so not as rare as when I got mine. Saw the orange one today and an area 51, then a nice mid tone gray with different bumper up front.

My local dealer has 13 in stock and 33 in transit. Some are discounted up to $2450. Three weeks ago, I got my Tremor with $2275 off by dealer and extra $750 off by Ford rebate.
