Pulling some of the interior apart to upgrade the stereo. Planning on doing some sound deadening. Any common interior rattles I should treat while I have it pulled apart? I’ve only put 20 miles on it so haven’t figured it out for myself yet.

The speaker grills on top of the dash next to the a pillars rattle. I fixed mine with foam tape

Probably not where you are going to do any mods, but my 22 had a rumble in the dash ahead of the driver over uneven surfaces. I think it was the HVAC duct to the windshield defrost vents.

My 2024 occasionally has plastic on plastic noise on the dash top where it meets the passenger side A pillar. Going to poke a thin piece of felt there when I get "round tuit."

The place you most likely will open, doors, front and rear are solid, no rattles or other sounds. No excess wind noise at normal highway speed up to 70mph. I would love to see more aerodynamic side mirrors.

Overall, my Mav trucklets have been solid.

Mine has a rattle pax side in headliner. May be associated with sun visor holder by mirror. It was/is tight but still some movement & rattle.
Other than that I really like it.

The doors have hardly anything , load them with dynamat.kick panel wouldn’t hurt either over the hole . Would consider a layer as high in footwell you can do and order the lariat foam inserts for the wheel well . They block wind noise behind the fender liner to door hinge area. Black foam insert . Or create your own.

My 2023 XLT 2.0 is 6 months old with just over 5 K on the clock.
Some intermittent rattling/vibration which I assume might be the windshield thing.
Haven't really chased it yet.

Agree on deadening the floor. I've done sound deadening to the back wall, floor under the rear seat bins, and front passenger floor. My next spot is to do the driver side floor and go as far up as I can into the footwell. I also used Resonix FiberMat45 for the front passenger floor. That was a noticable difference compared to the other spots.

I don't have strong opinions on the sound deadening materials. Just went with what I researched to have great results. I will say Resonix has outstanding customer service and has emailed me asking how things are going. They're quick to respond and happy to help

The back wall was where the majority of my rattles were, even after I'd added asphalt mat. But then again, my sub enclosure spans the whole back wall and is bolted to it. Audio system details are in my build thread in my signature below, see page 4.

The rattles back there seemed to be in places where the plastic trim edges rest against other things (plastic, metal, or asphalt mat). The black plastic brain box that sits back there on the driver's side was a bad offender. Those were easily solved by cutting some scrap foam into chunks, and sliding them behind an offending panel's edge with a putty knife. It's low-tech and solves it quickly. Use of felt works great also, as another poster had suggested as well.

My rear sliding window has some vibration at a high volume, but a small strip of stiff foam slid under left & right edges of the sliding piece of glass took care of most of that as well.

What I did with my sub & enclosure made these back wall and rear window rattles obvious. But if you have a smaller all-in-one sub back there, or one under the rear seat bottom, it's possible you may not notice any rattles from the rear wall or window at all.

When I took apart the doors, I tightened all the screws holding the door panel's individual plastic parts together. They were barely finger tight from the factory. I had a buzz from one of the door panels with the factory radio and it seems to be gone after just that tightening.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.
