This has been a subject of many, fighting dashboard rattles, or knocks. My XLT does it. As for the rattles, one member suggested a rubber trim/molding inserted between dash and windshield. Did that, silenced. But still have a knock sound coming from dash, passenger side area. Seen another member post where a nylon insert on guide pin for windshield installation caused the knock, due to frame movement. But in my case, tried of the knock, I opened the glove box door, and not hearing knocks. So far. This on short drive thru subdivision. Need more drive time.

I've noticed a rattle/knock on what sounds like the passenger side of the dash on My 2025 since it got cold out 20 to 30 degrees. But did notice once the interior was warmed up more it didn't seem as bad and could have actually been gone.

I’m experiencing similar. But noise still there as environment changes.
