Yeah, the wait is a drag. I'd cry in our beer with you except I went and got one off the lot while I'm waiting. Hoping I can make my money back when my hybrid gets in. I'm scheduled for mid January. On the other hand, I do have AWD till then.Truck is in production since 11/13/23
Tim, when your day comes, try Carvana. On my last two cars I sold them, I got my money back on the first, and got more than I paid on the second. This was 3 and 2 years ago. Both cars were low mileage and a year old. Good luck.Yeah, the wait is a drag. I'd cry in our beer with you except I went and got one off the lot while I'm waiting. As the market isn't as hot I know I won't make any money but looking to not lose too much.
Good Luck! Merry Christmas!
Tim
Mine has been stuck in production since 11/16, so pretty similar situation. I've called Ford customer service. They tell me my truck is built, and estimated to arrive at the dealership between 12/22 and 28, but I have low confidence in that. It appears it is still sitting completed at the factory in Mexico waiting for transport. Been sitting there finished nearly a month now. I think that while Ford increased production of Mavericks, they didn't figure out how they would transport the increased number of trucks from the factory in a timely fashion! The wait since build is difficult, especially when you see other trucks ship the day after they are built.Truck is in production since 11/13/23
What kind of status do you get from Ford Chat? They were very helpful during my 14 month wait.Truck is in production since 11/13/23
Check with customer service and dealer and see if they have a rail car # and track the rail car, if it has been shipped and due to arrive then they should have a rail car numberMine has been stuck in production since 11/16, so pretty similar situation. That's why I have my doubts about the estimated delivery date. Chat gave me those dates of 12/22 - 28, but also said my truck was still at the factory, not shipped yet.Check with customer service and dealer and see if they have a rail car # and track the rail car, if it has been shipped and due to arrive then they should have a rail car number
