My MY23 with VIN 56XXX was scheduled for June. Ford on track to hitting that same number with MY24 by March this year.

It’s interesting that the VINs aren’t sequencing according to build week. I’d love to see the decision making by fords computers during scheduling blitz’s like this.

• Dealer A has a truck that can be scheduled; gets VIN 01. Parts for that truck won't be available until week 3.
• Dealer B has a truck than can be scheduled; gets VIN 02. Parts will be available week 1.
• Repeat until schedule is full.

Thus you have sequentially scheduled VINs that are not scheduled to be built sequentially.

Watching this process over the past year has become a hobby. I don’t know what I’m going to do when it gets delivered and I don’t have monthly installments of constraint reports and scheduling stats.

After this scheduling day the order process for a mav is going to be basically the same as in the past. What fun is that??
