Maverick Early Commit Scheduling This Week (11/16/23) for Production Weeks 1/1/24 - 2/26/24

Has Ford ever scheduled a two month window before? How about on other product lines?
I know we just gotta wait and see but the date posted lines up better for February than January so it makes me think it is not a typo..
Flip side is it could be devastating if my name is not pulled..
Good luck to all but especially to the rollovers/long haulers.

Could, but allocations probably prevent that. If a dealer had a whole year's worth of rollovers, Ford isn't going to give them that supply (nor would a dealership want to have to deal with potentially a few dozen to triple digits of order deliveries at once). Would be a pleasant surprise if they did though...

I don't know if most dealers had this but I know my dealer got allocations that matched exactly to their rollover numbers. So they should get every one in.
Any deliveries wouldn't come at one time either, they would be spread out weekly

It would be nice if Ford would just allow rollovers a dealer does not have allocations for to be taken from future allocations for that dealer for the customers sake. I guess these sales would not count in the calculation on those future allocations either. I'm sure this is just wishful thinking, but it could solve the issue.

Or they could allow rollovers to order from a different dealer and still get the private offer at this point. I didn't know anything about allocations when I started this process over 2 years ago. Now I've got myself stuck in a no man's land pretending the MY25's will be worth the wait.

Wonder if they're gonna knock out the rest of the rollovers once and for all? Should be able to build ~25k trucks over a two month period (if the dates hold)

And easily wipe out 2/3rd's of current orders.

My father loves his Maverick but decided he wants a hybrid since he only drives around town. I ordered a hybrid XL with CP360, trailer hitch, and spray in bed liner for him from a medium sized dealer in NJ in late July and was notified today that he has a build date for the week of Jan 29th.

I think we're saying the same thing. Ford won't schedule all rollover orders in the next month or two because of the allocations. There are rollovers that won't be built and delivered for months because they allocations aren't open.
