Ford is supposed to start 24MY production on Oct 18th. Thought I would start a thread to see who is the first to take delivery on this site. Please post pictures at your dealership.

I live just on the Arizona - Sonora border... It's a 3 hour drive to Hermosillo from there.... I don't expect I'll wait too long... I got a build date of 12/4 yesterday.

Yeah that is the build week not the build day. If you check in with Ford chat they can tell you what day your truck is set to be built. Ours is scheduled for week of Oct 23rd but the build day is Oct 24th at least for now. Were in south central Texas so probably a 10-14 day ship time.

Any chance you might let me know when you placed your order? I ordered mine on 9.19.23. How long did it take you to get a VIN number from your dealer after you placed the order? Look forward to your reply!

My '23 order that rolled over to a 2024 is scheduoed to be built the week of 10/23/23. That was pushed back from a date in September that has obviously passed. If I am reading the VIN correctly, mine will be the 3,170th 2024 to be assembled but it is anyone's guess when it will be delivered to the San Diego area. It may seem strange but there is no rail line that I know of from the heart of Mexico, through Baja California to San Diego, I assume my Mav will come via Texas.

Heck, my Lariat EB has a VIN# under 00200, and is scheduled to be built the w/o 11/06. They obviously do not build them sequentially.

Congratulations to your orders. I ordered my 3rd one, (a ‘22, a’23, and now a ‘24) on July 18, and nothing yet… long story. I am over it and if this one ever gets here, the dealer can keep it.

Ours ends in 03496 and were scheduled for this week. Does that equate to being the 3496th 24MY built?

I was scheduled for this build week but when I checked with Ford Chat on the actual build date it says it’s back in order processing. Weird.
