I called into Ford marketing and the rep took a little extra time and looked into my order, a 23 to 24 rollover. She told me my email had been switched to the dealer’s email and I effectively would receive no email from ford. I used to get 45dsy updates, but nothing since July 17. Marketing told me to insist they change it back to mine immediately and also ask them why my priority number went from 2 to 13 and back to 2 in August… They switched the email and gave no explanation or excuse.I have 2 ordered XL and xlt. No confirmation or 45 day emails. Ford told me there's a way of entering the order so they get emails, basically hijack yours to keep you in the dark.
