Also it is way too hot outside to do anything
I was even in the garage with two fans running
Come on Mother Nature give us a break already
I think it’s been over 100 everyday for like two months

We moved away from the Dallas area back in 2005 but I remember one summer where we had 40 plus consecutive days over 100 and some of those were over 110 degrees!

My homelink (or whatever it is called) mirror is crazy annoying
It doesn't seem to want to stay in it's position, it really hates bass and is the origin of the rattle I could have sworn was the replacement dash

I have some ideas on how to "tighten" it up so it doesn't rattle
Will be somewhat soon because rattles suck

However need the temps to come down.... what I'm envisioning should be quick enough so I don't melt

It almost tried to rain today..... got texts from most all of my family telling they got rain finally, but we got none

And on a heavier note.... my wife ran over/hit something and somehow bent the rear trailing arm (suspension knuckle?) on her Bronco Sport causing the tire to rub the FRONT of the wheel well
NO idea how that could happen.... and that looks like a really annoying repair to do
She also scratched a wheel even with KO2s on my FX4 wheels (her stock wheels are sitting in the garage)
That woman is literally the worst driver ever.... this is why she is never allowed to drive any of my vehicles

I’m still just extremely pleased with how the tailgate mods look
Was getting gas and had to take another picture

I just don’t understand why a Lariat doesn’t come with a matching tailgate handle
I’m curious how the official blackout badges will look
I suspect they won’t look better than mine

Ok I’m done tooting my own horn
Tailgate handle looks awesome. How difficult is it to remove? I may just copy you and do the same for my lariat. I can't stand how much black plastic is on the Maverick.
