Lately been really extra hating the Scales

Can’t decide if I want to go airbags or spend half the money and get the @2016BoostedGreyGoose signature Silvers coilovers

never had airbags so that would be cool

though I like the simplicity of coilovers

ugh

I don't think you'll regret the Silvers. The reason I didn't go with bags is because of the amount of miles I drive everyday - 30-35,000 per year. I can't afford to be sitting on the side of the road dealing with bags, compressors, valves, air lines, fittings, etc. while a customer is waiting.

I know lots of guys daily their bagged vehicles but I actually USE mine for work, not to get to and from work on my own time. That's what made me stay static and simple.

Since working with Silvers, and them actually listening to my suggestions on spring rates, to get these dialed in... bro, just do it! I LOVE my Maverick all over again! Many on the various FB groups have gone Silvers after talking with me and asked Silvers for the "Lawrence Giles" version. Lol.

Sell the Scales Brian and order the Silvers that I specified and my configuration. Set your ride height, start with the coils on the lowest setting and dial them UP 2 clicks at a change to arrive at the best ride for YOU. That's it. I decided against bags because imho, more maintenance/complexity. I just wanted a non bouncey, sports car ride.

man making me change my wheel size and tires now lol remember the hate we got for lowering the mavericks now everyone its lowering them amazing.
Those of us into lowering our shit were always here, as were the haters. The loudest critics have NO idea what they're talking about. I have some dipshit on Facebook crying that I've ruined my Maverick. Not sure why he thinks I give a shit about his opinion, but now I can't drive it, tow with it, put anything in the bed... Yeah, one of those real suspension experts. 🙄

Lol...I know kinda crazy to think how right you are, BUT I've never cared what ANYONE hated on, thought about or had negative to say about what I did to my vehicles. It's has always been about what I liked. ;)... hell, I lower everything. 😆

Seen your truck floating around here and gotta say... I love it.

Winner!

The thing that sucks about it is you have to cut the belt to get it off

next step is to remove the middle belt cage thing
Hoping to make as much room as possible behind the seat
For reasons
haha I was thinking about doing the same thing. Totally useless to me. I wish you could just unbolt it and remove it but I'm about to cut it because I'll likely want that bracket removed when doing audio.

Added some things fresh out the paint shop

I'm diggen this like a shovel. I hate those little lights especially on my carbon grey/black setup.

Not excited on what has to be done to install this, but it’s here now
Just have to carve out some time and commit

Was this a custom or is that the stock part? I have one saved to my list with the stock part number but I'm not sure what color it is. I assume it's just the black plastic?

NZ6Z8200ABPTM is the part number I have. I'm not really looking for the glossy one, I'd just like whatever is standard on the XLT's since my Lariat came with a light silver color one.

Also, do you have a part number for the BAP headlights and tail lights? I plan on adding those as well. Or did you go with the Bullseye Customs version?

XLT and Lariat grill bars are same…. Both paint to match
Not sure of part numbers as I bought an entire BAP Lariat to get my headlights (ended up only costing me $700 for the lights )

If we had some sweet places nearby to go offroading I would for sure have something built for doing that..... but we don't.... not much elevation around here for adventuring
Houston is the flattest place on earth (and lowered just looks right)

Also makes it REALLY tough to be a mountain biker

Well one that prefers downhill riding vs cross country

You could always go to Xtreme Offroad Park. Not sure how the Maverick would handle that place.
