I guess to document the changes made
Ford Maverick volksnuts’ Lariat Maverick build C608E122-86FF-4BFE-A7A5-48C93C3C71BC
Ford Maverick volksnuts’ Lariat Maverick build B8C0A6FC-1FE3-4B6A-8D1A-406B7AD68167

picked it up a little over a week ago (November order)

Hot Pepper Red Lariat Lux FX4
Rolling on Vision Monaco 20x8.5 with 245/45/20 Falkens
Lowered via Scale coilovers (low version)
Lots of little things added (tailgate strut, hood struts, Buschur intake, window tint)
A couple of modifications of note:
Retro fit a/c controls with the temp screens from a 21 Bronco Sport
Editing this part real quick
The Bronco Sport controls caused a fault in my drive mode selection so I ended up switching to an Escape control panel that works flawlessly
Some people have been able to use the Bronco one with no issue
I guess your mileage may vary

There will be many mods to come as I have time and trying to wait on products to be released

Let’s see if anyone notices what was done in this last pic (and it’s not the removal of the headrests)

My guess, Middle seatbelt delete?
Winner!

The thing that sucks about it is you have to cut the belt to get it off

It’s in the works
None of my regular people want to mess with painting the lower plastics because they know how much I drive (30k+ miles a year) and they are sure it’s not going to hold up
So unsure what I’m going to do

Raptor liner? They can be custom colored and a bit more satin than rough if mixed right?

but how well would it stick to the plastic pieces that are kind of designed not to have stuff stick to it?
I'd rather it be smooth and match the paint exactly
If I can't do that then I will wait for Ford to offer up primed bumpers (in ST form?)

Find someone who rattle can paints racing motor cycles after each race and get a price if he paints your plastic every three or four months!🤷🤷🤷

Read throught U-pol website they do have a primer that allows it to work with plastic. I doubt you can get a exact match but maybe find a look you like. Its a thought. Or just wait till Ford makes a ST and see, but these days it could have even more black plastic lol!

Looks amazing! My truck arrived Friday. Already got tons of stuff ordered. How is the ride? Are the 16kg springs too stiff?

They are stiff for sure
Depending on what you are used to they could be too stiff
Rides better than my old Civic did, slightly better than my Skyline
But not as good as my lowered Odyssey did
But it’s fine given the aesthetics
I can’t stop looking at it

My 66F100 has a crown vic swap front suspension and no limit engineering fatbar rear suspension. The coilovers are ridetech 550lbs front and 220lbs rear. 16 kg springs would be 896lbs. That was what surprised me.
