Anyone get a MY24 build date / Vin already

Was reading through some other threads and it seems like maybe some.have already received notification? If yes, are you a roll over?

Just curious for those of us who are early MY24s but not roll overs.

I think it's more likely that person put in orders for a MY24 but ended up getting build dates for their previous MY23s.

They are not scheduling MY24s yet.

Just visited my dealer to try to get a line on when they thought they would get their first '24 Mavericks, as mine should be one of their three rollovers. No clue the GM told me as expected. He went into the the Ford system and said my "order was currently being previewed". Now I'm really hopeful, almost excited. Tempered down with reality, however. I'll be watching my email early tomorrow.

I submitted order Monday afternoon with legitimate dealer, zero fees MSRP sell price, and received notice from FORD within an hour of the dealer inputting that my order is confirmed. Now the 45 day message game. I do like the text message option for updates.

They are scheduling '24 orders starting this week according to their scheduling sheet this week. That is for the last half of October.

I was told that the order banks would open when they did so I trust that it’s also true that the starting build date for ‘24’s is 10/17. Possibly the ‘23’s are rolling over to ‘24’s and being built now but those who ordered a ‘24 this past July will not have a chance of a build date starting before 10/17.

How can a MY24 order be put forth in front of a MY22 order as my MY22 that got converted to a MY23 still hasn't been built. Is this common practice? Should I have just ordered a MY24 then? I would have if this was the case, I was assuming another 2 year wait (been at just over 25 months).

Yes, actually you need a MY24 order with specific info matching your MY23. I assume your dealer did that "conversion" for you last time. Hopefully did this time too. 25 months seems long, even for a hybrid Maverick no?

24 orders are out Infront of 23 orders starting 10/17 as stated above. They switch the production line to produce 24's and no longer make the 23. So if you haven't got a build date as of today that is prior to 10/17 then you absolutely need a MY24 order matching your 23(conversion).

Why is today the drop dead day? Because as of today all my23 possible orders are scheduled with build dates through 10/17. Now all schedule builds will be for dates beyond 10/17 and therefore MY24.

I feel like you would know this better than I after waiting so long. Holy crap, If have gone sour on ford after that long.

If you have not converted your MY23 order over to a MY24 order. You need to right away.

I'm an early July 18th 8:30am MY24 order.
XL ecoboost with a hitch.

No e-mail yet. Hoping I sneak in for an early build date after any Ecoboost roll overs.

I plan on stopping into my dealer the next few days and flat out asking them where I fall in their DB. They gave me the impression I was first in line for MY24 besides 1 possible other ecoboost roll over.

Totally shocked to see that I got a VIN emailed to me this morning. Oct 30 build date for XL hybrid with co-pilot and hitch ordered July 18. Figured I'd be seeing this about a year from now.
