My hybrid seems to go pretty good up to about 80 where the power really starts to roll off... I bet you'd have difficulty getting it to 100
Mine hit 90 easily passing vehicle and I let it back off (i'm chicken)

I hit 100 and rolled off on my way home from picking it up. A bit of a downhill, but it got there quicker than I thought it would.

Ford limits top speed in most automatic equipped vehicles to approximately 112 mph in the US. You'll need a tuner to adjust the limiter. Personally wouldn't want or need to hit the brakes or swerve to avoid an accident at those speeds anyway.

I hit 100 and rolled off on my way home from picking it up. A bit of a downhill, but it got there quicker than I thought it would.
I did something similar on the way home from picking up. Long straight stretch of almost 9 miles, and flat. Just sort of eased into it rather than hammer down on a brand new engine. It cracked 100mph at 65% indicated on power meter. 800ft above sea level and 68* ambient. Since that time I have checked the speedometer against multiple GPS apps and a Garmin and it appears to be off by <1mph

Hybrids are limited to 110 to limit the RPM of the traction motor.

Traction motor speed is directly proportional to vehicle speed. Limited to 13,750 RPM.

Put more simply - traction motor spins 125 RPM for every 1 MPH. This is a direct, gear-to-gear connection.

The HF45 is a remarkably simple “transmission”.
