My 24 Order Banks still open? My Guess the Bang per buck on the hybrid went away buy it not being standard. Then Put the wait time at around 8 to 11 months. Will the other Small truck options heat up? Looks like wait and see. Just babbling

Some folks just haven't gotten into the mind shift that it is NOT like 2023 or before. While the "order banks are still open" at some dealers, they are long closed at other dealers (like Long-McArthur). It is going to be a treasure hunt soon, as "order banks" close one dealer at a time.
Not only just an open bank, but the one that also has an allocation for your preferred build. I know a few dealers that are only taking EB XLT at this point because they've exhausted their XL, Lariat, and Hybrid allocation combinations.

They're 13% over on hybrid orders already according to post #35 above.

I think it's the wait time issue that hurt them this go round. Word is out : Want a MAVERICK? Fine, but it'll cost you a year of waiting. I think Ford's worked their way through the group truly willing to do that, and there just aren't enough people left who want to wait a year for one.

On the upside, I think Ford will soon start shipping stock to dealers, and more will be able to walk on a lot and buy one. And the lack of 24MY custom orders and market conditions over all should, in theory, tamp down much of the ADM nonsense. In theory. What do I know, though, armchairing it like everyone else.

Curious, has anyone placed a totally new MY24 order for MSRP or less?
I'm wondering with the current allocation situation that dealers may be getting their ADM up front.
Yes, invoice - 1%. Chapman/Horsham. Advertised pricing -- no haggle.

I've been shopping dealers around central and southeast Pennsylvania. It is almost trivially easy to get invoice pricing (on hybrid XLT/Lux). So for me, it was shopping for below invoice pricing.

Be firm, knowing specifically what you want going into the dealer. Ask him/her to tell you their allocation situation for what you want. Be specific, no dilly-dally! The dealer's sales bots become afraid when you know more about the allocation, scheduling process than they do. They jump right to sales managers who lately, seem to becoming leery of unfulfilled allocations. So, let them know you want invoice or nothing. Leave a phone number and walk out if need be.

From the USOB numbers above, and assuming a 9k units/month production rate, it looks like evan hybrid orders are only (~)half filled for the year. (9k*13mo = 117k units ; 117k*55% = 64k hybrid units to be built ; 54k orders * 68% hybrid = 37k hybrid orders ; 64k - 37k = 27k hybrid orders unfulfilled! )

Cheers!

There are 52,941 orders in the order bank for MY24 currently. Of those 68% are Hybrids or 36,000 are Hybrids and 16,941 are EcoBoosts.

It is still interesting that the Hybrid is still being ordered at a 2-1 ratio compared to the EcoBoost and that it is still negatively constrained (-13 points) even with capacity currently at 55%.

Does the 37k MY24 hybrid order calculation include the 20k+ MY23 hybrid order rollovers or are those separate?

I presume (don't authoritatively know) that the USOB number includes rollovers.

It drastically changes the outlook on current sales if it does. If rollovers are included in that 37k, that means only ~17k new MY24 hybrid orders so far. That’s a big drop relative to past years, right?

Fair. Point taken. Fleet contracts also... Can you ballpark % for those sales?

In previous years non US sales have been around 15% of total sales.
