2024 Maverick Orders Now Being Prioritized - Contact Ford Chat to check

Just had confirmation that my 2024 order (rolled from 2023) has been prioritized. It was submitted at Priority Code 19, and today Ford Chat confirmed it is Priority 2.

Make sure to share the 2024 body code to avoid pulling the 2023 order (as all other information should be the same)

Mine's all screwed up still, the '23 order is at a priority 15 and the '24 is priority 19.
I assume it's because the dealer changed my order code, and still can't get them to fix it...chat did tell me to try Ford marketing about the issue though, so maybe I'll get some movement on it.

Checked in with Ford chat today, and doesn't look like my priority has changed.

Ordered in Sept 22, and received a priority 10 from the get-go.
Just checked in today on my 24 rollover, and still a priority 10.
Suffice to say my priority didn't get me very far this last year, so I'm not holding my breath

I should note though that the agent didn't confirm this was the rollover, so it's possible this is still showing the priority for the 23. I'll check again in a few days.

I contacted Ford chat as suggested here was confirmed that my ‘23 order was transferred to ‘24. With priority code 19 at time of ‘24 order has changed to 2.

Ordered 10/1/21, again 9/21/22, again 7/23. Got vin today(from marketing team not dealer). Sched week 9-25(Iconic Silver Hybrid XL hitch/360cp). Waiting on supervisor from marketing to call re: transition offer.

Thanks I didn’t realize that changed from year to year. Thought it was just to differentiate hybrid or EB or Tremor. Appreciate the help!

Everyone needs to do their due diligence and check this with Ford chat. I checked my 3 orders over the weekend and only two were assigned a priority code 2. I reached out to the dealership that had my order at a 16. They emailed me to let me know it was fixed this morning and I verified that with Ford chat.

All of our dealership's rollover orders were switched to priority 02 by this morning (And Aug 14th was the date Ford said they'd be doing that).

If anyone has a rollover that hasn't been updated to 02, it probably means something isn't right (most likely order numbers don't match??)

Thank you for the info. I checked with chat and my priority is a 2 thankfully.

When I called customer service hours earlier they said they couldn’t look up priority codes…not sure why that is…glad I checked with chat.
