Now, back to the original reason for this post.
I "Chatted" with Ford today (8/22/'23). My rollover from MY23 to MY24 is in, status is "Processing", Priority 2. My dealer put it in as as a priority 10.
Now we wait to be scheduled.
With 22,000 '23 hybrid rollovers to be built, If Ford builds 7000Mavericks per month and half are hybrids (optimistic), my guess is they will catch up in 6-7 months. At worst case, maybe built before May, 2024.
After 1 year waiting, I can wait a little longer.

Good luck. And thanks for the thread.

Followed up with Ford chat today, have them the same info, now it shows as a priority 2. I'm thinking the first time the person looked at the 2023 order, even though I specifically asked about the 2024. I'm any case, looks like it's all ok.

Anyone have the Ford official email on 23-24 roll overs being prioritized? My dealer is a little clueless on it cause they ran out of 23’ allocations which is why Ford is prioritizing 23-24 model year roll overs. 🤦🏻‍♂️

My 2024 rollover (allegedly a rollover anyway) is priority 3. I confirmed the priority yesterday via customer service chat on the Ford website. I could not get them to confirm that the 2023 and the 2024 orders were "connected" properly. The customer service person told me to talk to my dealer. Uhhhhh, if I could trust the dealer I wouldn't be talking to you. And I don't really have time to be on the phone during regular business hours to call someone else who may or may not be helpful.

So anyway, are rollovers supposed to be a 2 and if it's not there's a problem?

I'm getting to the point where I'll just do nothing and see what happens and if anything doesn't go the way it was supposed to (x-plan pricing, ford incentive for the rollover, etc.) I just take my deposit and walk.
