Well I have some more information to share . So my Tremor order was placed 03/03 2023. I now have an order number and Vin. The Tremor is scheduled to be built 08/22/ 2023 . After I waited 17 months for my current Maverick, this is a pleasant surprise . Best of luck to all .

It is hybrid I can guarantee it. Series code W8A = XL Crew FWD 2.5L Hybrid (100A)

W8B = XL CREW CAB AWD 2.0L EcoBoost (100A).

I ordered from Concept Ford Inc. in Georgetown, Ontario.

Dealer notified me today that my order now has a VIN and scheduled production date, however ford chat still telling me it’s in order processing. When I went to track order using the VIN, the system was displaying “invalid VIN”. My dealer said the tracking will only be available once the vehicle has been built. Can anyone confirm this?

Call Ford Customer relations on the phone they can confirm if the vin is valid. If no ask your dealer to print you a screen shot.

Yeah mine doesnt either. Customer relations said the tracking system is not always in sync. It may take a couple weeks to update there.

I was able to track when I had a scheduled production date. Also make sure you’re tracking on the .ca and not .com tracking page. USA site will show invalid VIN

It appears that the Ford Order tracking website was updated today in the afternoon. Now it finally shows Sept 6, 2023 for production.

What is a WEBDO order vs a normal dealer order?

My dealer has screwed something up. They are receiving August 2022 hybrid orders right now while I haven't been scheduled. I reached out September 2022 for my reorder and didn't get a preview to sign off on until January 2023. Ford Canada has now confirmed my order receipt is January 6th.

March 2022 order looking at another rollover and $3500 base XLT hybrid price increase. $6400 total increase from my original order 16 months ago. I'm done.

What a shitshow. Would not recommend anyone ever go to Kitchener Ford.
