Your best bet is to pick up a 2023 then, seems more are coming up as customers don't take their orders with increased interest rates and I've seen a more steady flow of new hybrids showing up at dealers lately. After 16 months I have no faith in my dealer or Ford, my '23 order is already $3k+...

Assuming you ordered with Kitchener Ford, don't expect anything anytime soon. I'm currently the oldest hybrid order there. Last I heard, they had 10 behind me. It's been a year for me, not scheduled yet.
