i got the exact same email confirmation. i dont mean to sound too snarky but couldnt someone in this vast Corporate Enterprise have objected to using a photo of a now discontinued color no longer available to notify customers of their new truck order? i bleed Ford blue, i admit it freely. but how do you defend this kind of stuff? for the $$ Ford pays to their advertising/pr and communications folks you would tend to expect that they could do better. the team probably had MONTHS to prepare for this day and this is what they came up with? its not the worker bee's fault, they just submit their ideas to their boss(or bosses) who should of caught this. IMHOi it indicates a disturbing lack of attention to detail. i am just saying.

Just a Thought for those wit a august Build date why doesn't Ford Slap a 24 year TiTle on the 2023s at This point. As it will be Mid Sept or Oct when these get to the Customers. Just Saying

Supposedly, if the 2024 order was ordered as a "rollover" order and the 2023 gets built, the 2024 will automatically be canceled by Ford.

I was under the impression from the recently released pricing guide that was posted that a Maverick Lariat Hybrid, with no additional options, including destination was going to run $35730(in fact, a couple other members had posted this also). I just priced it on the 2024 build and price, and it shows $37230. The difference I am seeing is that on this early released pricing guide it showed for Lariat what appeared to be a 500A package for the Lariat which deleted 2.0L (which includes AWD on the Lariat) and gave you a $720 credit for going hybrid. So, what is actually happening (which was a bit confusing) is that although you do get a $720 credit (apparently this is for deleting the AWD), you still have to add the $1500 for hybrid on top of the credit, so standard Lariat (34855) +destination (1595) +hybrid (1500)-720) =37230. Compare this to the 2023 equipped exactly the same which (this is what I have on order) came in at $34625. That's up $2605.

2024 Order Lariat Hybrid Iconic silver (thinking of changing to Cactus Grey or Azure Gray)

Even though my avatar suggests Cactus Grey, I changed my 22MY order to Iconic Silver after it got rolled over. After many months, I finally got to physically see the Catus Grey. I asked the dealership if they could put the two trucks next to each other and for me, I really liked the metallic and the slight bluish tint in the silver. IMO, the best color match for the interior and I couldn't be happier!

To each their own, but I suggest you go see the two colors at a Ford dealership to aid in your decision.

The email I got was a different order number too. Then I received an email from my rep with the official order form or whatever that I signed and emailed back to him. Had the correct order number that matched with my 23 order. I even chatted online with Ford customer service and they were able to confirm the order was correct with my original order number. No idea why the automated email had a different one though.

Remove those covers. It is only going to hold up your order. They are only doing something like 5% of orders with them. They can easily be added after you secure your truck and for less money.

I'm still waiting for order confirmation from Leif Johnson in Austin. I'm trying to rollover my 23 Lariat Hybrid Lux in Area 51 to a Lariat Hybrid with moon roof in the Terrain color.
