I am trying to figure out what EZ-pass to get but the selection process for VA EZ-pass is not straight forward.
And when I called them the person I spoke with had less of a clue than I did.
I was able to find this chart. And I believe the Maverick with a single axle trailer should be class 76 but there it could also be class 204(depending if the Mav fits the definition of pickup truck according to DOT).
Once maybe twice a year I will be towing a single axle trailer from VA to Maine and back. The rest of the time it will only be two axles.

- Do I get myself two EZ-Pass a Flex when not towing and another for towing?
- Does it matter in any practical way the difference between class 76 and 204
- do tolls charge different
- is there an off chance I'll get a ticket for having the wrong one
