Just heard Long McArthur Ford is getting ZERO allocations for this coming month. (Corrected from saying "rest of the year").

FYI, they were ranked 3rd in the Nation for EcoBoost in sales for Month of May.
January-May of 2023, they are ranked 4th in the Nation in Hybrid sales.

Zero allocations......

who's taking their place? Granger?
That was one of the questions that came up for me as well. If they are not getting them, who is? The theory is stock units for dealerships who were "sleeping on the job" when the order banks were open. Dealers who have not gotten many allocations in past months for customer orders.

I would imagine every dealership that took larger numbers of orders are going to under deliver. Most all dealerships will under deliver. Ford is under delivering. Let’s hope MY24 is better for everyone.

FoMoCo is giving allocations to the weak dealers who don’t put forth even 10 percent the effort Long McArthur’s Tim Bartz does. So many dealers and lazy sales folks can contribute at least some Mav sales due to his efforts. And then for Long McArthur to receive NO allocations next month…I mean NONE. Ford Motor Company owes that fellow an acknowledgement of his efforts in promoting the Ford brand. What a shame……..

Recent actions by Ford in general have me questioning my decision to consumate my Mid June build…..

I think Granger is down to their last 9 unscheduled orders. They have some allocations, so the last one will probably be scheduled close to when the 2024 order banks open in July.

Granger has done a great job managing this for their 2022 rollover customers by holding off on new orders until rollovers were fulfilled. And orders were prioritized in the exact order received. No over promising or unrealistic expectations. Granger really has earned the trust and loyalty of their customers.

Long McArthur got all their 22 to 23 "rollovers" scheduled a month or two ago. I applaud them (and Granger for that matter) for prioritizing those appropriately. It is the way it should be done.

It sounds like the "take no orders for the next production year" method Granger implemented for the 2023 model year might be implemented in some form or fashion at LM for the 2024 model year. Or at least a plan for greatly reduced acceptance of new orders for 2024 model year to ensure that all their "rollovers" from 23 get built in 24 and any new 24 orders they do accept dont turn into 25's...... That is my theory at least.

Disappointing that one of Ford's highest selling dealers and the dealership that explains and helps everyone (buyers and other dealers) is receiving zero allocations for Maverick's next month. Ford really needs to rethink how allocations are distributed amongst its dealerships. Tim Bartz and Long McArthur Ford are why I ordered a Ford Maverick- they have provided outstanding brand and model news and so much up-to-date timely information for all Maverick customers. Ford you can do better and you should.

What do you mean by Granger holding off on new orders until rollovers were fulfilled? What new orders could they make after the order banks closed last September? ? Fleet? Stock units?
