FWIW, I bought a 2006 escape hybrid, and gave it to my son. He traded it in for $2000 with almost 300,000 miles on it.

I’ve had my 2023 Maverick Atlas Blue XLT with Lux pkg. hybrid with 4,800 miles. Not a single issue, just driving it and enjoying the comfort it provides. Happy happy

Reckon I’ve seen 6 Maverick trucks in the Wichita Falls area over the past month or so. 3, including mine are Atlas Blue, 2 are Cactus Grey and the other was in Oxford White. Not sure mine counts since I got mine in California. I’d like to think so because it’s registered here in Texas.

I don’t think the bug deflector will have any effect on rocks hitting the windshield. I’ve got plenty of bugs as proof of the bug deflector doesn’t do anything for the windshield. Now, what makes it worth the money is the front part of the hood is protected. PS. I’m in TX now. 😊

FWIW, I’m running 40 psi ~1 in both my 2023 Maverick and 2022 PHEV Escape. both ride smoothly and quietly in town and on the highways. Just my observation, but Texas roads are much better maintained than the ones I was driving on in California.

Tomorrow ((day after thanksgiving) I get to drive a couple hours to the Ford dealership to get the hard roll up cover installed. Ordered via Ford accessories with the 20% discount and $420 in FordPass points. $597 altogether including the sales tax. 😊
