Built a month ago, still not shipped

That's a bummer. Mine showed built on 4/16, shipped by 4/22. I picked it up on 5/15.
Something is not right with the movement of your truck. I wonder if it was damaged somehow. I would think they have trains pulling out almost every day heading to different parts of the country.

Yes, damage or quality hold/recall are my biggest concerns.

Is that your final ramp location? Maybe just waiting for a truck load to your dealer? 1-3 week delay after getting off the train is common and the dealers never seem to have an answer. They just show up.

Just checked again, here is the latest response:
"Your estimated time of arrival is Jun-05-2023 till Jun-11-2023 currently. As of Apr-30-2023, 09:54 MT your vehicle was received at Ramp 5S, in Ciudad Industri, SO. However, I would like to add these dates are only estimates and I don't not see any holds currently."

Since it has not been put on a train, I'm sure I won't see it June 5th.

Yea, it seems like your truck was carried by FerroMex, transferred to Union Pacific at the Nogales, AZ port of entry then shipped over network to Centreville (E.St. Louis) then to Chicago. What sucks is that UP could have transferred it to Norfolk or CSX then instead of bringing it to Chicago for transferring.

The cars waiting to be picked up probably had all the available slots available to be picked up by Norfolk and/or CSX

For those interested why your railcar is in Chicago. The Indiana harbor belt railroad acts as a hub for auto rail cars, has connections to most class 1a railroads and is a separate class III railroad supervised by CSX & NORFOLK (50/50).

I am so sorry mine was built a month ago, shipped in 13 days and I cant even pick it up till June 19th! Just sitting there in a field in Iowa.

By chance, does your truck have the tow package? If so, that might be the recall issue, though they have announced and made the fix available to all the ford dealers.

My modules popped on 4/25 and was marked as built on 4/30 but still has not shipped.

Contacted Ford support and they say:
"The secondary status is Received this means the vehicle has been received by a carrier at a ramp location. The current location is Ramp 5S, Ciudad Industri, SO."

Thinking the carrier lost track of the truck in the parking lot or maybe they just care about FIFO about as much as Ford does. Shipping to Atlanta, and it is a rail transportation hub so I would think it would go quick.

Mav wants to be in my garage, not the hot Mexico sun.

Anyone else seeing this?

My brother works at the dealership and did tracking last Friday. For some reason my Maverick is in Nebraska. I have no idea why it ended up there since it's a long ways from California.

Yeah, if it is still in Sonora, then you won't have it till the end of June or longer. Has your dealer looked into it at all? Maybe get in touch with the sales manager if you can.

Oh I got bad news for you.
When I got the shipped email from Ford it took 2 weeks to get local. Not bad, seems ok. Could be faster.
After that it took another 5 weeks sitting at the train yard mere miles away to get onto a transporter to get to the dealer.
