Just a couple of subtle "mods" (really accessories) that I've done to my Maverick so far. I got the front windows tinted to match. It came with a warranty just in case they start to bubble, crack or discolor. It turned out great. It makes the truck look even sportier.
But what I'm most proud of is this...
I bought white vinyl letter inserts off of Etsy for only $23. They came out fantastic. I'm really proud of myself because I didn't think I could pull it off. I even thought of just having the dealership do it but they refused since they were bought aftermarket. So, with the power of Youtube and this forum, I found a simple DIY tutorial and decided to take a chance and it paid off. Now the Maverick that's already uncommon in my town is even more distinct. And I'm so glad I went with white. It makes it pop more than black. I figured black would match the plastic cladding but it would look too lost and hard to see. White is bright and a great contrast. Also, I wanted to recreate the look of the Ford Bronco Sport with its white letters from the factory.
I have this video to thank for the results...
