I don't have 4k tow package and pulled my little camper with no issues, even with a lot of side and head wind. Camper is under 1700 dry.

I wished it looked like that in person. Monitors seem to make it look brighter red than it is. I notice on a overcast day the color is kind of bland. In bright sunlight it really pops. I happen to live in a Pa. and we have more gloomy grey days. Hopefully after I get my HPR Mav we will get more sunny days.
Probably the fridge, hardwood cabinets, air conditioner, etc. I had a pop-up camper that weighed 2,500 dry.

Awesome!! It’s so exciting! Nice color btw!!We just finished a camping trip this weekend in West Virginia. This was my first experience towing with my Maverick and it peformed incredibly well through the mountains of western Maryland and West Virginia. All the features of the towing package were well thought out by Ford. The camper was a Little Guy Mini Max.
I took my camper out 2 weekends ago. 3870lbs dry weight. Did great on the way there and back. 8mpg on the way there with 30mph wind gust, and 11mpg on the way back 6-8 mph wind. Weight distribution hitch is a must when maxing out that 4k tow package.
Power was more than sufficient. had trailer brake on 8 and drove almost normal.

This is incredibly confidence-inspiring! I'm picking up my Forest River Wolf Pup 16TS next week. That's a beautiful unit. I noticed the hitch weight is 470. Maverick limit is 400. Do you think the weight distribution bars will counter the extra weight?
I looked at that model and almost got it till this mesa ridge came along. Happy camping!
I'm certainly hoping so. I'll be keeping a very close watch on this for my first few trips. I'm picking up the 16TS in two days and already have about 1400 miles on my Maverick.
