Maxxis RAZR AT 245/65R17 installed on Tremor Maverick

As I expected, the RAZRs have performed great thus far in heavy rain, on gravel roads, and trails. Really looking forward to winter and seeing how they hit the snow.

Hope they give you many miles of trouble free performance. Maxxis makes great bike tires - getting one delivered today. It's almost as expensive as a vehicle tire.

Nothing inherently wrong with the Wildpeaks, I just wanted a slightly larger/knobbier tire and I know Maxxis and their quality. Plus the 245s clock in at just 34lb each.

No issues whatsoever. Great handling all around thus far. As for noise, nothing really noticeable (though I'm a bit desensitized). My wife, who's very attuned to noise, hasn't levied one comment or complaint.
