I have a '23 EB with AWD and towing package with steel rims
I noticed that this truck seems to have a rougher ride than my stock 2006 Ram 1500 RWD that has Micheline tires from Costco and original shocks/suspension(135k miles)
What Can I do to smooth out my drive, starting with the most economical fixes? I'm assuming tires but Ill drive these original tires into the ground before replacing them?
I'm not into adding $1000s on this truck but it would be nice to at least consider some modifications for comfort.
Thanks in advance, Brian

Check your tire pressure, you might have too much air in your tires. Others have had the same complaint and they had over inflated tires.

3rd Maverick and all 3 came with 43-44 psi as opposed to recommended 35 psi

+1 on tire pressure. My tires were at 42 +/- 2 psi in 10 degree weather.

Besides checking your tire pressure like others have mentioned you might want to check your springs. Ford ships vehicles with spring blocks in place to help prevent damage to the suspension during the shipping process.
On rare occasions the tech who is doing PDI forgets to remove them.

They look like this.

Got to be one of the above things, air pressure or spring inserts.
My EB AWD rides awesome. I dare say better than my Fusion, because the Mav is a longer wheelbase.

Unless you are always hauling stuff, set you rear tire pressure a bit below recommended, MIne is FWD so it has a solid rear axle set up & I thought it to ride rougher than I thought it would so I set the rear at 33, it helped a little.

Did you ever get this resolved? No kidding, but I'm on the edge of my seat wondering how this goes down since it is unusual for a rough riding Maverick

When I first got mine I thought it rode very rough as well, until I discovered my tires had almost 50 lbs of air in them. Lowering them to 35 lbs made a HUGE difference. Rides much nicer than my previous vehicle now.

The newer RAMs are supposedly very smooth and comfortable. While the OP may have an issue with his Maverick, I would expect the RAM to be much smoother and likely quieter depending on trim level. The mass itself helps.

The OPs Ram is a 2006 with 135K miles and is still using the shocks/struts that the factory installed. It is doubtful that it rides better than a Maverick.

Something is not right with the OPs Mav if their Ram has a better ride.
