At my dealer, I KNOW that there are 4 of us (My Hybrid Lariat, another Hybrid Lariat, an XL Hybrid, and an XL EB that have yet to be scheduled. My salesman also told me they haven't gotten any of their 2023 orders filled yet. Now, with just 3 months unscheduled, and my dealer unable apparently to even get in a single XL EB, my hopes are dwindling.

Yes. I think there will be thouands of unscheduled hybrids that will not get built by October. My dealer in San Diego has a MY 24 list started. Then the choice will be to order a MY24 and go throught the whole BS process again. (And pay more). I don't see an end to this. Bad time to buy a new car/truck. I'll keep fixing up my old 4runner and pass.

Tracked my Maverick today. IT'S BUILT. Immediately went on Carmax got an offer on the jeep(which I hate)Monday go sell the jeep and wait for the maverick to be shipped.
Update::Jeep is gone (lost $7K in 4 months) Maverick is on a train heading to my dealership.. WOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have not gotten any emails since I ordered it. Originally ordered the Hybrid, but changed over to EchoBoost and AWD when we was given the chance on 12/19/22, found out email was wrong and they changed it, but still do not get any emails. Checked tracker after chat and VIN worked. Also verified with then dealer and that is what he shows.

Updated: production date was moved to 03/24/2023, then last week to 3/23/2023.
In production on 3/23/2023, built 03/29/203, shipped on 04/06/2023
Check with dealer today, truck has arrived in Kansas City, still in the train yard.
expect it to be delivered later this week.

The "number" of allocations is fluid. When Ford fills every allocation slot with Mavericks they have commodities to build.....Ford will begin to add allocation to Dealers as long as there is production capacity and commodity availability for the model year run. Assuming the 25 extra EB orders stated in the quote are in the system, Ford WILL look first at building sold orders and adding allocation to that Dealer to build those orders. Does NOT mean they will get ALL of them built. This is where the internal Politics of kissing the Ford Reps Butt come in.
Since order banks are not open and probably won't be, Ford knows there are enough Retail orders to fill all production capacity. They also know some of these will go to stock units as buyers have moved on. In the unlikely case Ford runs out of buildable Retail Orders...they could just build stock units to finish the production run. This happens all the time. There may be a few hundred "unsold" units ( think F-150's and such) that Ford Reps will peddle off to Dealers.
IF...you always take the stuff Ford offers....you WILL be first in line to take any excess Maverick stock units! This is where the Politics really come in...

Allocations, allocations,allocations….. just build my truck and I promise to never bother you again

It was a new order. I got on a list with their online sales department, and they put my order in on the 16th. Hopefully you get scheduled soon!

Tried to track my order with my VIN I just got from the scheduling email but the track site still doesn't have my build week on it. Talked to Ford chat and they have my build week still as June 5th. Must take some time before the tracking website is updated. Cant Wait!

Same here, I ordered through the internet department. When did you get on the list? I put my deposit down and got on the list in March of 22 and received my ordered email September 15th.

I think it was May last year when I got on the list. I emailed every couple months to check on things. I would recommend calling and getting on their list for people who back out. They’ve called me about 3 different trucks this past month. A couple were marked up, but they had a cactus grey Lariat Hybrid at MSRP yesterday when they called me.
