Salesman said he never saw the second key "but is looking for it." Vehicle shows 2 admin keys. They are supposed to come with 2 keys, correct?

Mine either 11/15/21 order, no VIN, rollover 9/16/22...still no VIN or production date...ridiculous. Today is day 473...

Are you a rollover...or a cancelled VIN? Makes a big difference in what is happening to your order. My 11/3/21 order had a cancelled 2022 VIN and the re-ordered by Ford 2023 arrived last Wednesday, 3/8/23.

Check my sig for details, same order date and color. Behind the wheel a little over 2 weeks, and there's been a lot of folks here and on the FB groups in similar situations who got theirs or will soon. Get your dealership on it, it's their job to be working for you.

Mine is the same order date and package and I took possession of the truck ten days ago. It was a cancelled MY22 VIN. I got the VIN in August 2022 and the built date was pushed back five times.

Same order date for me, Lariat Hybrid Lux, Nov 1st. Rolled over Sept 2022. ZERO news as of today. No build date, no emails, no nothing. All Ford direct can tell me is the order is in their system. Ridiculous.

Rolled over to a 2023 and of course color changed to 'Atlas', I've been getting the boilerplate 'Update on your Ford order' and 'We apologize for any inconvenience' messages although the last one was December 16th - I thought they were supposed to be every 45 days.

OK. If you are a rollover, then you are mixed in with all of the other rollovers AND the new orders from September 2022. Your dealer was supposed to put you at Priority Code 10, with all other new orders at PC 11-19. Then, as soon as your dealer has an available allocation, you (and any other PC 10s) will get looked at and scheduled for a build IF there are no constraint items on your order. IF there are, then Ford will go to the next order. So be sure you don't have things in your order that can easily be added later: Mud Flaps, Floor liners, tonneau cover, bedliners.

If I were you, I would examine my rollover order and see what my PC is listed as. Anything other than 10, it is time for a trip to the dealer to get them to properly put you at PC 10. There is a Ford memo instructing the dealer to do this...you can search for it if you don't have it.

Once that is done, you could ask the dealer to guess how many allocations he will have in the next 4 months, and then try to get him to tell you how many orders are ahead of you (earlier dated PC 10s). That will give you a decent idea as to where you stand.

IF your dealer put a lot of new orders in at PC 10, then you are NOT in a good position to see a 2023 built.

See my order attached. When my 2022 was cancelled, I knew I was the ONLY Maverick order my dealer had, and when Ford reordered it, they were going to make it a PC 2...so I didn't bitch about the PC 19. My original order had a PC 11 assigned to it.

Took receipt of 2023 xl hybrid with receiver hitch and full size spare yesterday. Ordered Nov 4, 2021. Dealer did everything as outlined here. The price, exactly what was agreed on nov 4 2021. Thanks all and a reminder, patience people.

This morning (day 486) I received my 45 day letter from Ford at 7:38 a.m.

Then, at 10:30 I received another email indicating "Your Vehicle is Scheduled for Production" for the week of May 8, 2023!!!!!
