I need some help from community to figure out what actions i need to take.
I've been having issues with my Hybrid XL Maverick 2022 since 2000 miles, currently it have 3400 miles approx.
Issues are:
- Vibrations when i release gas pedal on 20-35 mph. Car shakes pretty badly. Happens every day.
(This is post on reddit about it) link
- Super loud engine idle. Happens once in 2 weeks. Pretty often on remote start
(Youtube short video here) link
This what respond i got from Service Dealer.
My tires are 235/65/R17.
So "Experienced" mechanic tells that by upgrading tires from 225 to 235 i am having all those vibrations.
The probably should tell, that my Bedliner is causing all those engine issues as well.
I do not know what should i do at this point.
Service department is completely useless. They just looking for excuses for every thing.
I still have my default tires, but i think even after replacing them and bridging to dealership servce.
They probably will tell "Oh we dont know what the issue is, resolve it with Ford".
When i initially brought car, they said "We cant diagnose an issue because we dont have a tool which cost 5000$" and we are not gonna pay that money for a tool.
All experience so far was horrible, 3 month of wasted time and 0 output.
What should i do?
